We are looking for a Finance Manager with CA with 8-10 years experience.Age limit should be less than 45 years should have min 8 years experience in head position.

1.Overall finance management and accounts function of group company and reporting to group CFO

2.MIS/Treasury/Audit/Taxation/Budgeting/Effective leadership and knowledge about accounting software

CA with 5 to 7 years of experience in accounts audit and taxation in Indian Practice


 Maintenance, Finalization, Consolidation of Books of Accounts
 Coordinate and complete the Annual Audits
 Direct and Indirect Tax related compliances
 Liaising with Government departments
 Preparation of projections, budgets and variances
 Supervision and guidance to the accounts, tax and audit department in the group

Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)
• Cost, Management & Accounts – Final
• Master of Commerce in Business policy and Corporate Governance.
• 3.5 years hands on secretarial matters in independent role.

• Board, Committee and General Meetings
• • Statutory Compliances
• • Incorporation and winding up of entities
• • Liaising with Stakeholders and Statutory Bodies
• • Drafting, preparation and vetting of documents
